CAROLYN HOWELL: Oncology Massage Therapist
Carolyn will be offering FREE massage to cancer patients and survivors finishing treatment within the last year.
Services are also available to family
members and the general public for $30.00
for one half-hour session.
Massages are offered at Candy's Place
Call for your appt.
A doctors note is necessary for all patients and survivors prior to session. Details needed will be provided upon calling for your 1st appointment

CANCER WELL-FIT CLASSES

It has been proven that exercise helps make our bodies stronger even if we are in the best of health.However, if we are living with cancer,it is even more important to strengthen our bodies to heal quicker. Our "Cancer Well-Fit" classes are specifically designed to provide gentler exercise activity to help in the strengthening and healing process of our cancer patients.

TUESDAY: Gentle Yoga

WEDNESDAY AM: Standing Strong Class
(A GENTLE CHAIR EXERCISE CLASS)
10:15 a.m.
WEDNESDAY PM: Lite Cardio-Fitness Class

THURSDAY: Holistic Yoga Class

Classes are free for Cancer Patients currently undergoing treatment, or who are out of treatment less than 1 year.
Under 60 years of age:$7 per class/$35 per month
Over 60 years of age: $5 per class/$30 per month
All cancer patients must have a note from their doctor giving them permission to participate in our exercise programs.
CLASSES ARE ALSO OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
In case of inclement weather, we ask that you call Candy's Place at 714-8800 anytime after 4:30 p.m. to see if class is being held or if it will be cancelled.
